We understand that your travel plans may change, and in such situations, our cancellation and refund guidelines apply to all bookings made with Lost Sail Tours. Please review the following terms carefully.

1. Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date will receive a 75% refund (25% cancellation fee applied).
  • Cancellations made between 21–29 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made between 14–20 days before arrival are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival, as well as no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures, are considered non-refundable.
  • Bookings made within 7 days of arrival (last-minute bookings) are non-refundable.

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during booking.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
  • Any bank fees, transfer charges, or gateway deductions must be covered by the customer.

3. Payment Requirements

  • A 50% deposit of the total tour cost is required at the time of confirmation.
  • The balance payment must be settled 21 days prior to arrival.
  • Bookings confirmed within 21 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be provided for the following:

  • Changes due to weather conditions, natural events, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Optional excursions, special add-ons, or extra services once confirmed.
  • Unused services or itinerary changes made by the traveler.
  • Travel disruptions caused by visa issues, flight delays, cancellations, or personal reasons.

5. Activities & Excursions

Adventure activities, wildlife encounters, and similar experiences are undertaken at the traveler’s own risk. Third-party operators may enforce separate cancellation terms.

  • Bank Transfer
  • Online Payment Gateway

Payments made through credit cards may carry an additional 3% bank fee, payable by the customer.

7. Responsibility for Charges

All bank, transfer, or gateway charges associated with payments or refunds must be borne by the guest.
